Chee Guang Wen, Desman – Managing Director
Mr Chee Guang Wen, Desman graduated with a Bachelor of Business and Management Degree. Desman has over 8 years of experience in the local banking industry. He started his career in ANZ as an analyst before he decided that he wanted something more dynamic and front-facing where he could assist customers with their needs. He went on to became a Mortgage Specialist with OCBC before and eventually developed his career as Mortgage Broker.
Wong Khai Yann – Director (Head Of Valuation)
Mr Wong graduated from National University of Singapore in 1993 with an Honours Degree in Estate Management. He is a licenced valuer with IRAS and a member of SISV with 30 years of valuation experience.
Over the 30 years in the valuation industry, Mr Wong has worked and gained industry exposure with some renowned local firms such as EM Services Pte Ltd, Chambers Valuers and Property Consultants Pte Ltd, Associated Property Consultants Pte Ltd, Dennis Wee Realty Pte Ltd and Century 99 Pte Ltd.
He has the exposure and valuation experience in mortgage, sales and purchase, audit, rental, investment, acquisition etc of public and private properties, including lands, strata and landed residential, commercial, industrial and other purpose-built properties.
Foo Suan Kiat – Director (Valuation)
Mr Foo graduated from National University of Singapore in 2010 with an Honours Degree in Real Estate. He is a licenced valuer with IRAS and has 13 years of valuation experience.
A young and dynamic professional, Mr Foo has worked and gained industry exposure with CKS Property Consultants Pte Ltd, Dennis Wee Realty Pte Ltd and ECG Property Consultants Pte Ltd.
His valuation experience covered mortgage, sales and purchase, audit, rental of public and private properties, including strata and landed residential, commercial, industrial and government institution properties.
Wong Yann Luk - Director (Valuation)
Ms Wong Yann Luk graduated from NUS with a Honours Degree in Estate Management and has more than 26 years of valuation experience.
Prior to joining JY Realty Pte Ltd, Ms Wong has held senior positions in a few leading valuation companies such as Suntec Real Estate Consultants Pte Ltd, Cushman and Wakefield Pte Ltd, Century 99 Pte Ltd and Chambers Valuers and Property Consultants Pte Ltd.
She is also licensed Valuer and member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).
